<< April 12Up to Salt Lake City for another Sam's Club local, because a solid month off without cooking before the regional made us nervous.  We made some corrections to our cook, and came away with 8th chicken, 6th ribs, and our first-ever 180 brisket!  That wrapped up our day as Reserve Grand Champion

rust off and start a new season!
RnQ came out of the gate at the Sam's Club local in Tucson, AZ, turning in 6th chicken, 8th ribs,
and 2nd brisket for 4th place overall.  That was good enough to allow the team to advance to the next bracket, the Sam's Club Regional.

With six full seasons of competition now behind us, we've gone up against the big boys and their fancy top-dollar rigs with our backyard equipment and homemade rubs, and brought home some hardware and great memories.
